Lee Ann Miller
joined the Allen Tate Company in 1992 & has been selling in the Lake Norman & surrounding areas since 1987. She is a licensed Broker in North & South Carolina. As a member of Tate's VIP club for outstanding results in sales & listings and a member of President's Club (awarded to agents), Lee Ann has achieved $125 million in closed production during her relationship with Allen Tate. Lee Ann handles approximately $46 million in Real Estate services each year. She SOLD 100% of her listings in 2005! With her great communication (especially listening) & seasoned negotiation skills, dependability, patience & honesty, you can be sure that you will make the right investment decision & you will get a great deal! Lee Ann has been a resident of Denver, North Carolina for the past 20yrs. She treats her clients the only way she knows how...like family!

Carrie Tanner
is a licensed broker who acts as the closing coordinator, as well as, a buyer specialist for the team. She joined the Lee Ann Miller Team in April of 2006 and is a member of the Charlotte Board of Realtors, Arts & Science Council & Charlotte Multiple Listing Service. Carrie is a Charlotte Native & currently resides in Mt. Holly. She is passionate about her family, career & friends/clients.

Stephanie Miller Welch
is a licensed broker who manages the marketing division of the business. After earning a degree in Interior Design & working in the industry, Stephanie determined her true passion lies in marketing & design in the real estate field. She joined the Lee Ann Miller Team in December of 2005 & is a member of the Arts & Science Council. Stephanie is a Charlotte native & a Denver resident for 20 yrs. She has watched this area grow as well as her own family, her first child was born in June 2007 (the newest member of the team).

Danielle Jones
is a full time Land Specialist for the Lee Ann Miller Team. She joined the Lee Ann Miller Team in 2006. Danielle works with residential and commercial developers looking for land in the Lake Norman area. She assists sellers by marketing their property to local and national builders. Danielle has a North Carolina Broker's license and is currently working towards the CCIM and ALC designations. The Lee Ann Miller Team consist of 1 seller's specialist , 2 full time buyer's specialist, 2 part time buyer's specialist & 1 commercial/ land specialist.

Sergio Solano
joined the Lee Ann Miller team in August 2008 as a full time Commercial Land Specialist & Residential Buyer’s Specialist. He concentrates on buying, selling & leasing commercial properties. Sergio has a North Carolina Broker's license and is currently working towards the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) and ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) designations. He prides himself with making sure that each client is completely satisfied.
